Applied when cybercrime involving violence, threats, or manipulation, cybercrime of a sexual nature, identity theft, internet fraud, or blackmail, copyright infringement is involved

Online Content Laws

Provides protections for Iraqi journalists such as requiring a warrant before making an arrest and establishes a pension for those injured or killed in terrorist attacks while on duty; however the law only applies to full-time journalists and thus excludes online bloggers etc.
