Who We Are Looking For

• Currently enrolled undergraduate students in the final year of their university education, recent graduates, or currently enrolled graduate students who have completed the first year of a Master's program;
• Your academic performance should be excellent, as demonstrated by academic records reflecting your standing in the top 10% of your class;
• Written and spoken proficiency in English, bilingual English and Arabic proficiency is preferred;
• Strong analytical thinking, research, and writing skills;
• Ability to take the initiative to work as part of a team or work independently if necessary;
• Ability to use the standard features of word processing programs; familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, or design of HTML documents/Internet web sites depending on the position

What You Will Do

This is an experience you will never find in a classroom: you could help create a website, develop a marketing plan, devise a regional program implementation strategy, or research potential strategic partners — the possibilities are endless.  Interns will learn about the field of international development and the conceptualization and implementation of programs. Interns will be expected to contribute by assisting in research, compiling information, analyzing key issues, and performing other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

• A Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Mathematics, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or a related field
• Superior creative problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills
• Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects with demanding deadlines
• Effective communication skills with an ability to share and synthesize knowledge
• Knowledge of MS applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Access), Internet research
• Written and spoken proficiency in English, bilingual English and Arabic proficiency is preferred
